I'm fundraising for remote and rural Queenslanders doing it tough
Doing it tough in the bush means doing it extra tough, because people in remote, rural and regional Queensland don’t have the same access to professional mental health services and support. For many, the Flying Doctor is their only option.
That’s why I’m challenging myself to walk 5km a day (some days I’ll do more) in March. I hope to raise as much as possible for the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
Please support me and Storm as we take this journey!
Together we can keep the Flying Doctor flying, delivering 3 major mental health programs (Drought Wellbeing, Remote Wellbeing and Wellbeing Out West) and over 12,100 mental health consultations a year to regional, rural and remote Queensland.

My Updates
It’s been A Week
Saturday 28th FebFIT TO FLY UPDATE ✈️🔥
Real talk — this week had highs, lows… and a worried dog mum moment.
Storm got super unwell and it shook me. When your best mate isn’t right, nothing else matters.
BUT… my boy is back. Healthy. Happy. And already dragging me to walk faster 🐾💨
Rested. Reset. Refocused.
Still clocked 24km this week — and every single step counts toward my Fit to Fly pledge.
Not every week is perfect.
Not every week feels strong.
But we show up anyway.
That’s what matters.
Keep kicking goals in whatever you do.
Push through the wobbles.
Back yourself.
I believe in you ❤️🔥
Love,
Jane & Stormy 🐾💙
